Welcome to Begz (begz.in). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Begz sells handmade macramé and crochet bags. We are based at Pragati Apartment, Maninagar, 380028, India. You can reach us at begzlifestyle@gmail.com or 8849397944.

2. Products

All products are handmade. Because each piece is hand-knotted, slight variations in size, colour, and pattern between individual items are natural and not considered defects.
We try to display product colours as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. A COD handling charge of ₹100 applies; this is waived on prepaid orders.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order is what applies to that order.

4. Shipping

We currently ship Pan India.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy above.

6. Order cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at begzlifestyle@gmail.com.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery under our return policy.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website.
Submit false or misleading information when placing an order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on begz.in — including product photos, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Begz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Begz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law
